We took the phone for screen repairs at Ackermans in Gugulethu Mall on the 15/09/18. We have been told the phone is on the way back from repairs since October by NTSIKI and still no phone even today. We were promised to get phone lats week Friday repaired and still waiting for the phone. It's worse now when i call this number ( ********** 995) the one they gave me to call, their tone has changed. I WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL THAT NUMBER BECAUSE THEY DEAL WITH ACKERMANS but all along they were answering my questions.
