They do not keep promises

Ackermans Silvercross in PTA - I saw a mickey mouse three piece suite for babies that i liked in NOV 19 , they told me that they had no SKU so they could not sell it to me. they told me to come back after a week and assured me that they set aside the item for me, I kept going to check if they had not found the SKU on a weekly basis until the end of January 2020, they hadn't found the SKU , i went back in February 2020 and still told me they had no SKU. last SAT when i went again they told me the found the SKU and they sold the three piece clothing item , to say that i am disappointed is an understatement.
