The worst service i have seen

Good day, I’m very disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent order. I specifically requested that my order be delivered to the correct address, and I even confirmed this the same day. However, after contacting customer care, I was informed that I would need to collect it at Brooklyn Mall Ackermans instead. This is extremely inconvenient and reflects poor customer service, especially after my clear request for home delivery. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider placing future online orders with Ackermans. Kind regards,
