the services is really bad

This compliant is regarding ackermans in Constantia kloof. I bought a phone a Huawei y7 2019 on the 11/02/2020 casher was Thando time was 17:25:21 during the month of May the phone decide to blank even when I charge it.

Took it back and got Seipati she advised that we need to bring the phone accessories before they take it for repairs, we went back again on the 24th of June 17:29:42 and she told us that they will come and collect the phone the Monday I gave them a week I didn’t call them and she never called me back to give feedback.

I went again on 14/07/2020 Tuesday and my phone is still @ the shop she told me that that guy is coming now now she will call me b4 the end of the week Can I be assisted urgently
