The service is so poor..
My mom bought a phone at Ackerman king william town with hee account which she pays monthly without fail. The phone was ****** ans bcz shes paying for her insurance she went back tp Ackermans King williams town to claim. The coloured lady that helped her was so rude and not helpful. This happened last year and even today my mom nver got her phone. Sad part is i tried to call the head office but even they cant be reached. ACKERMANS IS USELESS.
