The service at the Ackermans Whatsapp group stinks and they so lazy can't even di a reply and check work I hope you do something about it

I would like to report they service at the WhatsApp group I ask fr an agent fr 2days now and everytime they disconnect me if I take 1second long to reply so today I chat to a Jason and he keeps on asking the Sam question afternoon a gave my name and surname and I'd number just to get my balance on my account cause I would like to pay my account that is overdue but since now I don't have any questions and after every reply I give he respond after a few minutes so than last I took a few minutes so he disconnected me so I'm disgusted with the service
