The goldfields Ackermans store at Welkom"such a bad attitude manager"

Hello... Mid this month of December i went to goldfields Ackermans to do an exchange of clothes i bought at Ackermans Virginia...

So i entered the shop and searched for what i want so i got i call to meet with someone outside...so when i wena out that security who were standing at the door who diddnt check my plastic,now asked to check for it and then he asked for slip and i explained that the slip was lost...

Ok he call the manager and the manager took my plastic and told me to come with the slip to collect it...but with attitude she telling me i stole that clothes in her shop she made me feel like nothing that manger she diddnt even wanted to here my side...

So time went ...i went to the Ackermans at Virginia for a reprint slip went back to the goldfields Ackermans an Welkom and gaved the manager the slip...

Guess what she gave me my plastic and i asked her u see i diddnt ***** my slip was lost...

That lady was still having that bad attitude telling me she's not gonna apologize and i decided to go...she was making boring remarks behind my back...saying o long bye...and telling she thinks il never come back to her store again...

She made feel so small... She acused me of steeling in front of people She saw me as a shop lifter maybe becouse or the way i appeared to her and that was the worst painful feeling ever... Consumers Act was not used at all...

Atleast she could have said sorry i acused u of *****ing... What a bad attitude manager of Ackermans...i dont think il ever buy at that store ever...and i wouldn't even recommend my friends there
