The Akermans premio phone ****
This Premio phone that I bought in August last year wont charge, I've lost the box so now they wont repair it and nobody else repairs these phones. So now I have a R1 400 toy phone.
Whatever you do do not buy these Premio phones because Akerman doesn't have any after sales support for this product, Its actually a ****. Worst purchase I've ever made. Even without all these issues, this phone is a terrible product which doesn't meet the basic conditions of being a smart phone.

20 Jun 2023, 10:03I must update this review by stating that Akerman's did resolve my issue very quickly. They actually gave me a new phone so I must say thank you for that. Its still not a great phone and I regret listening to the sales pitch but I must acknowledge no one held a gun to my head to buy it, in any case a new phone is a win so thanks.
