A few weeks ago I posted a review concerning the treatment my husband received and the problems we had trying to source a battery for the phone my Mon bought at Ackermans. This is a follow up post. I was contacted by the Divisional Manager of KZN namely Erica. What an amazing experience from this lady. She went out of her way in assisting us in siring out this problem. Also the assistant at Ackermans Boardwalk in Richards Bay by the name of Princess who Erica referred us to. Thank you both so much. Your customer service was outstanding and my mom, who turns 76 in a few days is very happy. So am I as she is going back home to Port Elizabeth after her birthday with a reliable phone. I will forever sing your praises
