Terrible staff attitude and service
<p>Please have secret shoppers visit your Mall of Africa store. The staff have no concept of customer service and are extremely lazy. There are never staff around to help customers and never enough cashiers. This store is an embarrasment to Ackaermans. I have never been in a store as poorly managed as this one.</p>
