TERRIBLE SERVICE Phindile, you do not deserve to work at Ackermans

8.2.2020. I had a terrible experience with Ackermans in Newcastle, Amajuba Mall today at about 11h00 with cashier PHINDILE. Rude, and not at ALL willing to help me, also refused to give me her name, not wearing any identification tag. I asked her to check with another branch for Boyfriend Jeans and she said that Ackermans does not sell it. I told her I am wearing the same jean and bought it at Ackermans, and want more. NO HELP AT ALL. Blood red eyes, looking down at me as if I was bothering her. Another person, Zinhle, gave me Pindile's name and called the other branches in Newcastle and they had stock, but not in my number.
