Terrible service my child Christmas clothes

I placed an order on the 15th which is last Friday order takes 5-7 working days i called in today the agent advises today is the 5th working day how because Ackerman's open 7 days a week even on holidays the store is open. Why do they not inform us when ordering that we should not consider weekends and public holidays i would have not ordered considering that i need these for Christmas. These are my Childs Christmas clothes for heavens sake what am i supposed to do at this moment, this is terrible service
