Terrible Service

Your service is really bad, why are you ripping an elder person off, is it because she can't stand for herself. we called your call centre today around 12:45 and find a lady called Joy Daniels, she didn't help us anything, even requested to speak to the manager for assisted but he is too busy to help us. Why is your service so terrible, you have been sending my mom from pillar to post. I am sick and tired of your service. How can you say you have not receive a simple email whereas i got the automated respond that you did receive an email, you cant even assist with a simple thing WOW!
