Terrible service at Ackermans Rustenburg Plaza by Neo.

Rustenburg Plaza Store has the most terrible service ever. There’s a lady by the name of Neo who rudely refused to give me a refund. Another lady was able to assist however Neo did not even apologise for wrongly stating that I cannot be assisted. Their cashiers are extremely slow, the staff isn’t enthusiastic or energetic. I had to complain until another cashier opened the till to assist other client. I believe the problem is the staff undermines the market that comes to the store as it is in the CBD so they really don’t care. However Neo needs to be reprimanded about her attitude and willingness to assist customer.
