Terrible service

I called the gateway branch at around 4pm, today (05/12), i spoke to a male. I tried to explain that I have never ordered from Ackermans click and collect before and the item that i ordered was for a work event on friday, I wanted to know if there was anyway i could get the order fast tracked as I never noticed how long click and collect could take. The guy who answered did not let me finish any of my sentences and kept cutting me off to say he can not assist. I tried to explain and eventually dropped the call in under a minute cause he would not let me speak. I really needed this top by Thursday latest cause i need to wear it on friday, i was calling to ask if there was any chance to prioritize the order or do they have stock of it in store. That employee's service was so unprofessional and not at all helpful, he just kept saying "no, no, no we can not assist with any orders"
