Terrible Service!!!

I regret having an account with Ackermans, terrible customer service and no solution offered whatsoever. I am in hospital in a different province and my mom and sister who live in a different province need to buy my kids school uniform and Ackermans is telling me they cannot allow them to because they need me to sign. Understood, so give me a solution. They told me to apply for supplementary form or whatever they call it so that my mom or sister can use it, I asked for the form and I’m told I have to go to their stores whereas I’ve just said I am not well and in hospital. I asked for a soft copy and was told they cannot assist. I am very frustrated. The lady kept repeating the same thing instead of coming up with a solution and was told I can even just close my account if need be. Ackermans does not care about their customers!
