Terrible service

I just purchased a phone on the 8th of November from ackermans with foneyam because i the recite was misplaced and the box and the charging pin stops working they refused to put it my id number on the system to get help returning my phone..most horrible service they expect us to repair the phone on our own and still pay them every month which is ridiculous
