Terrible service

I will never make use of Ackermans online services ever again. Not only Is the waiting period longer than what the site explains, but staff does not take accountability.

I placed a order to collect in store, today marks the 11th day of me not receing any communication regarding my order. When I track my order it says that my order has been delivered to the store chosen but I have received absolutely nothing.
