Terrible Service!!!

We are having been trying to get a refund back from Ackermans for over 5 months now. We have been told constantly to send our documentation through - we have sent it through 5 times over email now and then on the last call we were told to go into a branch to send it there. We now in the 5th month following up again and no one again has received the documentation still. I now landed up shouting at the operator who answered the call and told us the same thing and told them i will be writing a review on hello peter as this is *******. They owe us money because my mother kindly over paid her account every month so she has money in the account for when she needs in. They know who i am because i shouted at 2 people there today and they have my contact details to phone us back. I am currently furious with this service. Every other company we have contacted for other refunds - it happened in a month and here we sit on month 5 and they don't even have our documentation - what is happening Ackermans????
