Terrible service

<p>On the 18th December I went to an Ackermans store ,did my shopping and when I was done I went to the lady at the door to ask her to help me pay for my items as I was not going to be able to stand on that long que as I'm currently eight months pregnant and was already feeling dizzy, the lady advised me to go and ask the store manager who was standing on the till , I went and explained the situation to her , she rudely told me to join the queue as there was nothing special about me , she went on to say pregnant women stand there all the time and she has been pregnant twice in her life already! I was so shocked ! The service I get at other stores and even a TAXI RANK is better than this and the worse part is that it's the Manager who treated me like this and apperantly she treats customers like they nothing from what I head from on other staff member. I went out of the store and got someone to go into the store to stand on the queue for me</p>
