Terrible online experience

Very disappointed with ackermans current online service. When you order online they promise to deliver to your address but instead they deliver to their store of their choice without any notification or even prior communication that the order has been delivered to the store. I think my breaking point was when my two orders were delivered in two different stores. I am so irritated.
