Terrible Delivery Service

Home delivery states to be 5 working days. On the day of the delivery, I got a sms around 1pm ,with a tracking number. To my horror, the order had just been created and confirmed and was being processed at that very moment in Durban. Then the expected date on the tracking link changed from the 4th to the 12th. I should have just went into store or went to one that I'm fami**** with. I needed the items for an event and now that the event has passed, I don't want them anymore because I had to make another plan. I still don't have the package and hope the return process won't be such a hustle. Very disappointed. Oh, and I think their Google reviews have been suppressed or something because I wrote a review there and it disappeared. So, unless you come here ,you won't find reviews on their website when you are busy shopping. Shein would never🙌🏾😫
