Terrible customer service
I was assisting my granmother to buy a phone and an employee named 'Kenneth' from Ackermans Mayibuye was rude and lacked customer service. I did not want to cause a scene in the shop and I hope with this review I will recieve an emailed apology from him for the way he addressed me. Thank you.
