TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the most terrible service at Ackerman Atlantis mall. I had forgotten my card at home and went in-store to make a purchase and ask for a replacement card.

I was told by the cashier that I could not make a purchase and had to apply for a new card and wait for the card to be issued before I could make a purchase. I asked her what was required of me to be able to make a purchase, her response with an attitude was that I should go home and get my card
