Terrible customer service

I went to Ackermans gezina today to make an exchange tjoooh im still shocked as i was helped by a lady called tsibishang taba but before helping me she said to me y did i remove the price tag of the hat then i said it fell then she left the till point to go and call thus other lady called mmabatho or something that was rude and disrespectful to me saying y did i remove the price tag the i told her it fell and i have aslip she keep on saying we are not allowed to take clothes from customers that doesn't have price tags i said to her i have a proof of slip she keeps on saying if a have a slip i must show her the item that i have returned on the slip i was like wat kind of a service does this people offer us as customers someone giving me orders that was suppose to be done by her ,they don't have respect towards customers mind do she's arguing with me infront of other customers i was so sad and disappointed they must learn to show respect towards customers
