Hi I'm Terrance Mathikge have a problem with this store it's been 3years not working knowing that I have to pay account at Ackermans ,I did ask for help to cousin so he tried to help to pay the balance on the account so in August I paid R680 balance then they I spoke to of the attorney n he ask to email the last slip I did then received a call from they lawyers saying I'm still in need to pay the amount of R499.8 n I told them that the account is paid they no the account is still in debt so this month they called me twice saying the amount is R579 n they called again yesterday they are amount now is R750 so can u please check what's happening because its seems like they are taking advantage of people who dont work ,I'm sick and tired of this **** retail shop I want to close this account I dont have job to pay for something that I dont owe anymore
