Tablet Nightmare

I have always loved this shop,until we recently bought a phone for my daughter at the Northgate branch. We had to take the phone back as it stopped working. The phone has been in for over 2months now.we are being sent from pillar to post...there is a new manager everytime we go enquire...we are literally treated like beggars or something...the current manager Rito is also unbothered and says we are blaming him for something that he isnt responsible for.we are very frustrated and we have been to the store so many times and even when we get the call to pick it up,he calls but no explanation of what went wrong with the phone.He even wanted to give me the service providers number...as if i appointed him. I have never ,in all my life in client services experienced such poor service. Yes we bought a R800 phone...but wow Ackerman's, like I must drive so many times to you shop...We even had to call head office... All the trips and calls we had to make probably cost us more than that actual phone. Very disappointing indeed. Exhausting!
