superstar employee Warren Cornelius
i would like to compliment a star employee, Warren Cornelius from Ackerman's support centre. he went above and beyond to assist me. the poor guy wasn't even well and was at the doctor but still did an escalation for me. problem is solved and i appreciate him truly. Thank you Warren, your work ethic is impeccable.
