<p>Booked in my phone for repairs at Eersteriver Ackermans branch. 3g mobile who never collected the handset for 3 weeks. The outstanding work done by Remoana at Eersteriver to try and resolve the problem was Excellent. She proved that real customer service exists. After ranting and raving with Vernon at Tyler valley who also Contributed to my resolving my issue and in the end these 2 Phadimas showed me that they are passionate about helping customers.
