Submitting funeral policy without premission

<p>I am very unhappy.</p> <p>I went shopping in ackermans vaalmall vanderbijlpark about a month ago where an african male approached me and asked if anyone contacted me regarding the policies that they sell and i said no. He jotted down me and my spouses numbers and made me sign a paper "giving them premission to phone me" but up untill now no one phoned me. </p> <p>Yesterday when opening my statement via e-mail there was funeral policy documents submitted to my name aswell. I didnt sign up for their funeral policy i am already a member of avbob. But worst of all is on that document there is a township address on the document and i can assure you i do not live in any township or rural areas as wel as an unknown name and surname as a beneficiary. </p> <p>I refuse to take responsibility for that policy as i did not even know that man would con me into it.</p> <p>So i demand ackermans to remove that from my name.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bianca Smit</p>
