Struggling a whole month just to open an account

Good day,

I went into Ackermans in Strand the beginning of the month to open an account, i took along 3 month bank statements, My ID, Proof of address. I was told i need to bring in my marriage certificate, so i went to Somerset west branch the next day took my 3 months bank statements, Id and Marriage certificate.... A week later i receive a pre approved account in the mail so i fill in the form along with all the documents and again go to Somerset mall branch and hand it in, they faxed it along with all the other documents it is now the middle of the month i went back to Somerset west Branch to follow up on my account status and they dont have the form i have filled in????? nor do they have my marriage certificate which i have taken to be scanned in to two branches!!!! When i opened my Edgars account it literally took 2 hours and i was on my merry way, This is ridiculous i am so annoyed. How hard can it be to capture information without losing it???? The only reason i wanted to open the account is because you have beautiful clothing for girls but if it is such a mission then it is not worth any further of my time or effort.
