Stretched clothing

So I visited Caledon store on Friday and bought my son a few vests and crawlers - The service was great but oh wow - I am so so disappointed with the clothing- One wash and the neck line is so stretched - my son didn’t even wear it yet as I wash the new clothing first before they wear it.

I went to an ackermans store in ottery and explained what had happened and they refuse to refund me as I washed it out ... I paid a lot of money for absolutely nothing... this is so pathetic .. my son cannot wear this - I’m sorry but until this is resolved - i cannot recommend anyone to ackermans ...

I am very disappointed and upset because he needed those vests as he has outgrown he’s others.. and I just paid money for nothing —
