Store refuses exchange or refund.

I just went to Ackermans Connect in Kempton Park Festival Mall.The manager refuses to exchange or refund me for the sales agent who sold me a cable instead of a charger yesterday.The box is torn at the top so Ive now lost my money because of a box of which no one told me must be returned undamaged.The cable has a 7 dayz warranty and Ive wasted my time and resources coming to this store.I will never go to Ackermans again,disgusting service!!
