Store opening late

I was at Ackermans palmRidge the store is supposed to open at 8:30 according to their trading hours i arrived 5 minutes earlier. At 8:30 while we waiting for them to open the doors they are busy chatting to one another inside the store while we waiting at 8:40 here they come with a notice stating they are in training... They were supposed to put that notice at 8:00 not when everyone is expecting to be inside the store doing their shopping that behavior of theirs is not acceptable
