store must get better supervisor

went to take out my iPhone at Ackerman's connect in golden walk, they handed over the phone to me and the phone required passcode but the guy never told me.mind you it was raining on the 17/04/2026.when i realised that already i was in a taxi.i called the store number for assistance ,the lady said i have to come back to the store there is nothing she can do over the phone. I already paid in the taxi ,i had to jump off in that rain to the store and when i got there, the same lady said. Sorry the passcode is 000000 that time i am so wet..that time the phone they sold to me isnt even allowing me to create an icloud account. Yoh what a bad service gaaaa
