Store card activation

So i app**** online easy,after work i decide to go active my card.i stood in the que for +-30 then when i get to the tills they first say the cards are with someone who went out or is on lunch,i wait on the side then ask if they are getting the cards ,another cashier answers that i need to take things for R500 in order for my card to be activated. 1st i app**** online, secondly i don't want to be told when and for how much must i buy for,i prefer buying online and not standing in ques its my choice. At the end of the day i am the one who is going to pay,not your staff,the message doesn't say i must buy,it says i must get the card. DO freken better!
