Store account difficult application

I have been trying to apply for the store account for months now are it keeps on saying declined with no valid reason. I even emailed statements last year and no one got back to me. This year again i tried applying it said declined i tried the whatsapp number and it said its processing and i’ll be contacted with 48 hours still no one has contacted me. I need assistance and to also get the reason behind the decline
