Still Waiting for My Order Placed on 28 Dec – No Response from Customer Care

I placed an order with Ackermans on 28 December 2025 and I still haven’t received it. Despite sending multiple emails to their customer care team, I have received no response or updates at all. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect Ackermans to provide a prompt update on my order or issue a full refund immediately. Order no:***5
