I have a account for years which is paid every single month. I pay on time and mostly early every single month. They keep on saying I owe them despite sending the proof of payments. I have been struggling for more than two months with this now. They keep on adding interest to my account due to this as well. No help just cliched emails. Most horrible experience ever to a loyal PAYING customer. I will close this account the moment I get a chance. They do not even accpet the pop I send them NUMERIOUS times from my bank. I will NOT pay again for something I did pay for and have proof of paying as well but a company is to *********** to allocate properly and swiftly as well.
