Staples on my child's shoes

I went to Ackermans Southgate to get my child some shoes,. Today I decided to make my child to wear the new shoes. I noticed something very strange, when she was was wearing the shoes I could see that she was very uncomfortable. Decided to take the shoes off and i discovered that the shoes have staples, that's the reason why my child was uncomfortable. I am so disappointed with Ackermans, my baby got hurt by those staples and It seems like those staples are there to hold the tag together as it's damaged. If something is damaged why put in on the shelves to be sold????
