Stalking like service

Yesterday 12 May 2023, I went to ackermans Mountain mill worcester to get some winters clothes for my children. I happened to go during loadshedding and was surprised they were open. So I started shopping with my phone flashlight on, grabbing about 6 items for my kids. During this time a staff member kept following me with a light. The more I told her that I was fine shopping in the dark, she doesn't need to follow me around. The more she insisted on it. I suffer from severe anxiety and proceeded to tell her that following me around is triggering me and to please stop. She proceeded to tell me she has to per her managers request. I went up to said manager and informed her that this was triggering me, she told me then to wait 15min till the power to come on to carry on shopping. This blantent regard to my mental health sent me into a severe panic attack, that I handed all my items back to said manager and left the store. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable in a store, that my severe anxiety gave me a panic attack, all because I wanted to shop in peace.
