Staff not wanting to work

I went to Ackermans West street next to Pep to buy a cell c sim card and the lady at the cashiers told me that ackermans now only accepts municipal councillors letter and no longer accepts bank statements as proof of residence. Gave me some fabricated story of that their head office checks camera's and that she could get fired if she used my statement as proof. I then went to Ackermans next to Shoprite which is just up the road and they told me that their is no such. I am serious disgusted as this really was a waste of my time. If ackermans does not want my business when im buying something for R3.00 then they must not get my business when im lay buying for R3000. I am really upset and I could get the ladies name as she had a white piece of paper where her name badge is and I was their at 16:30.
