I'm very disappointed in the Ackermans at Protea Glen Mall, last month, my sister was pick pocketed inside the store when she was in line to pay for her items, the store manager refused to assist in find the *****. The manager refused to let sister view the security cameras or she herself look and see who stole from my sister.
