Someone opened an account at Ackermans in December 2021 using my details and it wasnt me and i was told i owed R7773

Someone opened an account at Ackermans in December 2021 using my details and it wasnt me and i was told i owed R7773. U informed Ackermans it wasnt me, they said i must speak to Tenacity so they can investigate. I provided them with everything they needed including an affidavit from the Police Station and they confirmed it was a ***** case. But the account is still active and showing i owe them R7773 on Clearscore tried numerous times for them to clear it still no luck. Its been a year and 3 months and nothing has been done and this is affecting my credit score.
