Slow service

Am writing this complaint am standing in a queue and it's not moving. There are 8 tills but 4 cashiers. Its a festive season and i believe that all tills must be opened. It's a real inconvenience to come to the store and waist time standing in the queue. It's not a problem if there is a long queue and all tills are occupied with cashiers. This is unacceptable. And the service is very slow.
