Absolutely appauled by the service from Ackermans as well as Ackermans head office as well as the useless Finance department.

I made payment last month to which was done via EFT and I sent through proof of payment, two weeks later I received threatening calls and messages to make payment YET THEY ARE TO LAZY TO LOOK FOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND ALLOCATE IT.

then: this month the exact same story??? What does ackermans finance do, sit at their desk and sleep? Disgusted cause it's my credit rating affected by your slacking attitude!!!
