Sim Swop
I went on Sunday to buy my Mom a new phone. We told the lady that we would like to do sim swop. She gave us a card saying that it has been Rica but when I called Vodacom they said the number does not even exist. The lady at Vodacom told me to go back to ACKERMANS Campus Square and tell them I want to do sim swop which I already asked for. This is now an inconvenience for me and my Mom as my Mom is a pensioner and she needs her phone because she lives alone.
