Shopping experience

Hi there,<br> I have visited Ackermans, The Grove Mall in Pretoria a few times over the past few weeks and was unable to spend more than 5 minutes in your store without any aircon or fans. The heatwave is unbearable and I am able to leave your store, but your poor staff???<br> For a well known retail store this is unacceptable and I feel more sorry for your staff. How must they act friendly and energetic when you can't even breath in there!
