Shop assistants not helping over the phone
i went to purchase baby clothing at Ackermans in 879 johanneburg c/o kerk and joubert street, when i went back i realised on the slip that the top i bought was going with a pant or leggings but when i called them they advised me to come to the store again and i to give them a code for the top but still the lady at the shop refused to assistant and she advised they cannot check with barcodes and the teller who assisted me was Philasande and the teller could not advise me when purchasing that the top has another piece
