Shoes didn't even last 2 days

I bought shoes (boots) on the 26th March 2015 at Ackermans. I wore them once and again today the 30th.03.2015 to my work place and by just walking around the office and the sole teared and is hanging, I bought them for R209,95, thats a lot of money for fong kong shoes, i thought they were of good quality. The soles are made of cheap unstable rubber, this is a ******* and they refuse to exchange or refund me because i wore them. this is not fair, i am not happy. i still have the till slip and it hasn't even been a week, i have never experienced something like this before. i am hurt and not happy.
